1. The most important rule in this contest! Is to HAVE FUN! If you don't understand how to vote, or you don't know how to vote. Send a message with your vote and we'll take care of it.

FACEBOOK:
Join our Facebook Group - post comments on our wall or post comments on photos on facebook.
BLOG SITE:
Visit our website Post comments on our blog. Each separate comment counts as a vote.
EMAIL:
Send an email with the contestant/category to riscontest@myspace.com
List the costume / contestant and category you want to vote for in your comment. Please do not put a number beside your vote, each comment/post/email counts as 1 vote.
3. Vote as many times as you want.
4. Tell ALL your friends . . . YOUR friends are our friends.
5. You may include your category in your comment!

However, if you can't decide which category or you just want to vote. A comment without a category will be counted as a vote in the total for the overall winner.
6. BE KIND
A negative comment will still count as a vote for the contestant. So . . . . if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. (Or you will just help that person win.)
7. Winning the OVERALL COSTUME category is determined by counting all the votes in each category, whoever has the most overall votes will be the OVERALL COSTUME CONTEST WINNER!
